Privacy policy
This page is a scaffold. Replace all sections below with your real privacy policy before submitting Stryde to the App Store — Apple requires a valid, publicly accessible privacy policy URL for every app that collects user data.
1. Overview
Stryde ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Email address, and optionally a display name.
Training data. Workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, body weight entries, goals, and related fitness metrics that you enter into the app.
Device information. Basic technical information (device model, operating system version, app version) for diagnostic and support purposes.
3. How we use your information
Your training data is used to power the features of the app: tracking progress, detecting personal records, generating charts and projections, and syncing across your devices. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase, encrypted at rest and in transit. Local-first architecture means your training data lives on your device first; sync only occurs when you're signed in.
5. Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated records from our servers.
