3. Health disclaimer
Stryde is a training tracker, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any strength training program. You assume all risk associated with your training decisions.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the training data, notes, and other content you create in the App. We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
